This class can unify several CSS stylesheets into a single file.

It can compact CSS stylesheets and store the results into new CSS files. The compression may occur again only if the input CSS files were changed.

The class can also aggregate several stylesheets into a single file.

The class can read the configuration details of the compacting and aggregation process from a XML file.
