This class can generate links or inputs to browse paginated lists.

It can take the total number of entries to list and the limit of entries to list per pages and generate HTML links or form select inputs to go to the other pages of a listing.

The number of the current page can be retrieved for GET variable with a configurable name.

The presentation styles of the links or inputs and the type of listing browse entries to display are configurable parameters.
